Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays may experience slight delays in processing.
Delivery Time:
Delivery times vary depending on the selected shipping method and the destination address. Standard shipping generally takes 3-7 business days for delivery, while expedited and express shipping options offer faster delivery times.
Tracking Information:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. This allows you to track the status of your delivery online through the respective carrier’s website.
Returns Policy
- In the rare instance that your product is damaged on transit or has parts missing simply drop us an email at [email protected] with your order ID, name & telephone number along with an unboxing video of the package. Our Shipments & Dispatch Team will connect with you to understand the issue better and provide you solutions for the same.
Note: Time lapse/edits/poor lighting/failing to show the issue on the same video will not be considered for returns.
- Return request to be raised within 8 hours of delivery of the order. Return requests post the stipulated time frame will not be entertained at any condition.
- Damaged products should be returned unused & in re-saleable condition accompanied with original invoice, packing labels, freebies or coupons provided along with it.
- Shipping charges for product returns are non-refundable.
- There is no guarantee that we will receive the returned product, hence use a trackable & reliable shipping service. The tracking receipt to be shared to your return request mail.
- The returned product will be inspected by our Shipments & Dispatch Team for any issues after which the refund or replacement will be initiated for the same.
- Product can only be replaced for deliveries that has damage issues or for a wrong size only. No refund will be made under such circumstances. The replacements of products will be done at free of cost for returns that qualify the inspection done by the Shipments & Dispatch Team.
- A full refund will be initiated provided if the specific product mentioned for the return request has been out of stock.
- Return policy does not apply for products during clearance sales/offers/flash sales. Information on such sale days will be listed on product description on the website.
- We reserve the right to not honor return requests that we determine to be fraudulent/malafide and the decision of our Team in this regard will be final.
